This server is a public server and there is one sample template as the maprot, it is dedicated to the public and only cooping and testing their own maps are aloud.
The server is also modded to block specific modes, more info on that can be found here and here, the server only allows these modes: coop for maps, dm, and tdm for testing maps.
Official AC and {TBR}maps have been disabled for security reasons.
